Stephen Fife
Chief Executive Officer

Stephen Fife is the Chief Executive Officer of Dr. PRP USA, where he guides the company’s strategic direction, operations, provider support, and continued growth.

Stephen brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and healthcare administration experience. His background includes managing complex operations, overseeing financial performance, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Dr. PRP USA, Stephen served for 16 years as Executive Director of Eskaton Care Center Fair Oaks. He was responsible for the organization’s daily operations, budgets, staffing, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and quality programs. He also led the facility through the operational challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining strong relationships with the California Department of Public Health.

Earlier in his career, Stephen served as Nursing Home Administrator for Asbury Park Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 139-bed facility. During his tenure, the facility’s average daily census increased from 85 to 129, while its Medicare unit grew from an average daily census of 10 to 25.

His leadership has been recognized through several honors, including the AHCA National Quality Award at the Bronze level, a perfect Department of Health annual survey, the Eskaton Brand Excellence Award, and an Employee Wellness Award.

After his healthcare administration career, Stephen owned and operated a retail business, expanding his experience in entrepreneurship, sales, customer service, and day-to-day business management.

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Brigham Young University.

As CEO, Stephen is focused on maintaining strong operations, providing dependable support to healthcare professionals, and guiding the responsible growth of Dr. PRP USA and its FDA 510(k)-cleared PRP preparation systems.
